Narrative:
On jun/xx/96, ASOS equipment failed to transmit for dissemination, the XA55Z (XF55 local) automated WX observation. Manual dissemination was required. This is a frequent and on-going problem with the automated WX system.

Title: RPTR (TWR CTLR) SAYS THAT THE ASOS FAILED TO XMIT WX FOR DISSEMINATION. CTLR HAD TO MANUALLY SENT IT, AND SAYS THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROB.
