Narrative:

We are being required to work an airspace conflict that we do not have airspace or procedures for. This is going to result in an error in the system. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated the old procedures including the display maps for runway 19/29 operations were canceled after the new parallel runway operations was implemented. Reporter alleged that there is no written delegation of responsibilities and airspace usage. Reporter indicated that when it is necessary to switch to the runway 19/29 confign, the supervisor will attempt to man the position with controllers who have had experience with it.
