Narrative:
Taxiing, brake locked, aircraft ran onto grass. Applied opposite brake, increased power to try to get airflow over rudder. Airplane started tipping forward, tried to reduce power, could not, wing contacted runway sign. No injury. Aircraft moved to hangar no leakage. End.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB. LOCKED BRAKE. PLT UNABLE CTL ACFT AND IT RAN OFF RWY AND HIT RWY SIGN. ACFT -- SONERAI 2L.
Narrative: TAXIING, BRAKE LOCKED, ACFT RAN ONTO GRASS. APPLIED OPPOSITE BRAKE, INCREASED PWR TO TRY TO GET AIRFLOW OVER RUDDER. AIRPLANE STARTED TIPPING FORWARD, TRIED TO REDUCE PWR, COULD NOT, WING CONTACTED RWY SIGN. NO INJURY. ACFT MOVED TO HANGAR NO LEAKAGE. END.
