Narrative:
Scheduled air carrier from dfw to lit. Touchdown on runway 22L at lit, rolled out on taxiway south and began to taxi on taxiway right. Ground control called and said we had a lot of smoke coming from our left main gear. Stopped the aircraft on taxiway right, requested the airport ground crew look at the left main tires. Ground control then notified us that we had fluid in the area of the left main gear. I requested the emergency equipment. They arrived and confirmed that the left outboard tire was flat and the fluid was condensation from the air conditioning packs. We continued our taxi, and about 1200 yds later the fire equipment said the left outboard tire wasn't turning at all. I slowed our taxi even more and continued to the gate. Had an aci in the jumpseat and his comments were that the touchdown, rollout and taxi were normal. He questioned our continuation to the gate, dragging a tire. His reasoning was that the heat generated may cause the grease to catch on fire.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB. BLOWN TIRE AND LOCKED BRAKE AFTER LNDG ROLLOUT. TWR RPTED SMOKE FROM L MAIN GEAR, GND CREW INSPECTED, CONFIRMED BLOWN TIRE AND LOCKED BRAKE. RPTR CAPT ELECTED TO CONTINUE TAXI TO THE GATE.
Narrative: SCHEDULED ACR FROM DFW TO LIT. TOUCHDOWN ON RWY 22L AT LIT, ROLLED OUT ON TXWY S AND BEGAN TO TAXI ON TXWY R. GND CTL CALLED AND SAID WE HAD A LOT OF SMOKE COMING FROM OUR L MAIN GEAR. STOPPED THE ACFT ON TXWY R, REQUESTED THE ARPT GND CREW LOOK AT THE L MAIN TIRES. GND CTL THEN NOTIFIED US THAT WE HAD FLUID IN THE AREA OF THE L MAIN GEAR. I REQUESTED THE EMER EQUIP. THEY ARRIVED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE L OUTBOARD TIRE WAS FLAT AND THE FLUID WAS CONDENSATION FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING PACKS. WE CONTINUED OUR TAXI, AND ABOUT 1200 YDS LATER THE FIRE EQUIP SAID THE L OUTBOARD TIRE WASN'T TURNING AT ALL.
