Narrative:
Location: 40 NM north of cie. After departing tus above FL180 we were given direct lvs at which time we proceeded via our omega. After reaching our cruise altitude, FL330, we were rereading our special messages and realized we were not to use our omega for navigation. At this time we advised ATC we were not radar and could only accept radar vectors. Then we checked our special messages from our first flight and this restr was not in our special messages. There was no apparent navigation problems associated with this oversight. Also this message was dated earlier and it's the first time I have seen it.
