Narrative:

Walet 7 arrival failed to turn at twikl to 355 degrees at 8 DME. Notified ATC at 2 DME they said no problem. When we entered approach into FMS we wiped out the arrival. We should have looked at the STAR closer.

Title: FK10 FAILED TO MAKE TURN AT TWIKL INTXN ON WALET 7 STAR.

Narrative: WALET 7 ARR FAILED TO TURN AT TWIKL TO 355 DEGS AT 8 DME. NOTIFIED ATC AT 2 DME THEY SAID NO PROB. WHEN WE ENTERED APCH INTO FMS WE WIPED OUT THE ARR. WE SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE STAR CLOSER.
