Started to install panel on a B747. Turned over job with a verbal, did not write turnover or write-up. Found after job completion that screws were glued in. Company investigation found me not at fault.

Narrative: STARTED TO INSTALL PANEL ON A B747. TURNED OVER JOB WITH A VERBAL, DID NOT WRITE TURNOVER OR WRITE-UP. FOUND AFTER JOB COMPLETION THAT SCREWS WERE GLUED IN. COMPANY INVESTIGATION FOUND ME NOT AT FAULT.
