Narrative:
Due to higher than forecasted winds, ATC slowdowns and approach vectors for resequence due to spacing. We had to declare a critical fuel emergency. We landed with 1.9 on the fuel gauges. (This was at engine shutdown at the gate.)

Title: ACR ON APCH RWY 24R, DECLARED LOW FUEL EMER 8 MI FROM ARPT. ARRIVED GATE WITH 1 PT 9 LBS FUEL ON BOARD. FORECAST WINDS STRONGER THAN PLANNED, VECTORING FOR SPACING PLUS ATC SLOWDOWNS RESULTED IN THE EMER.
