Narrative:

I was the first officer and the PNF. On landing, aircraft ballooned on flair. Captain held the pitch attitude as the aircraft settled to the runway in an approximately 6 degree pitch attitude. The landing seemed normal and was not a hard landing. As the landing spoilers deployed the aircraft pitched up approximately 2 more degrees. What I felt was no more than 8 degrees total. Flight attendant called from the back and said he heard a scraping sound on landing. The captain examined the aircraft after gate arrival and said there was evidence of the tailskid being scraped. Supplemental information from acn 349360: during my landing, just after touchdown, as back pressure was being released, the tailskid contacted the runway. The io saw 8 degrees of pitch on the ADI. I saw approximately 7 degrees.
