Narrative:
Pilot was making landing approach and became distraction by thunderstorm approaching from the west at a distance of 3-5 mi. On final approach, landing gear was not extended and aircraft landed wheels up. The pilot was the only occupant. There were no injuries and no fire developed.

Title: SMT PLT FAILS TO EXTEND LNDG GEAR, LANDS GEAR UP.
Narrative: PLT WAS MAKING LNDG APCH AND BECAME DISTR BY TSTM APCHING FROM THE W AT A DISTANCE OF 3-5 MI. ON FINAL APCH, LNDG GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED AND ACFT LANDED WHEELS UP. THE PLT WAS THE ONLY OCCUPANT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND NO FIRE DEVELOPED.
