Narrative:
While working departure (tyson/fluky) 2 sectors combine, I was slow to climb an aircraft in the proximity of iad approach. Coordination was effected and the aircraft did not conflict with another. The situation took place with 2 departs high and low combined. Plus an aircraft from bwi approach took another aircraft's turn, putting itself in near/potential conflict with several at dca approach traffic.
