Narrative:

We landed without clearance to land. I was still on approach control when we landed. We contacted ground after landing without any discussion. The original flight was from cvg to stl at 1 hour 31 mins. We departed on time with about 4 hours and 30 mins of fuel on board. When we checked in with stl approach, the field had just closed due to level 6 WX on the field. We held for 30 mins just east of a squall line that stretched from chicago to dallas. We tried to get around it but we couldn't, so we diverted. Evansville was our alternate and we headed that way. We called the company on the radio, and they said go to cvg (fuel permitting). So we went to cvg and they were down to one runway, so we held for another 20 mins. We finally made it to cvg after 3 hours 13 mins. We were tired after all the problems of the flight.
