Narrative:
Right engine suffered complete failure while descending through 3200 ft MSL while on approach into sba. We performed the emergency checklist for engine failure and landed without further incident. An emergency was declared. The cause was determined to be a failed high pressure fuel pump.

Title: AN ACR LTT SUFFERED A COMPLETE ENG FAILURE.
Narrative: R ENG SUFFERED COMPLETE FAILURE WHILE DSNDING THROUGH 3200 FT MSL WHILE ON APCH INTO SBA. WE PERFORMED THE EMER CHKLIST FOR ENG FAILURE AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. AN EMER WAS DECLARED. THE CAUSE WAS DETERMINED TO BE A FAILED HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP.
