Narrative:

I was working R48 when I descended an aircraft to 7000 ft. I issued the int altimeter. The pilot questioned the altimeter setting. I checked it and the altimeter was still in from when int tower had closed from the previous night. The altimeter was 10 hours old and 20 points off. This problem is recurring and getting worse with more and more FSS's going part-time. The altimeters at loz, hky, and int are routinely displayed in the right side crd despite being hours old. The display should have 'M' for missing when the altimeter is no longer valid.
