Narrative:
The takeoff briefing was accomplished on north side of airport (lax) before assignment of runway 25R for takeoff. Departed runway 25R on laxx 2 departure. Did not brief (update) new runway assignment or the difference of 220 degree heading (not 250 degree heading). Flew 250 degree heading and did not turn to 220 degrees until asked to by socal departure. A B737 was departing runway 24R on 250 degree heading and was in sight. Next time, update departure briefing to include the correct runway assignment.

Title: DEP B757-200 AT LAX. RWY CHANGE MADE FROM RWY 24 TO RWY 25. CREW BRIEFING COCKPIT HAD COVERED SID FROM N COMPLEX FOR RWY 24. FLC BRIEFING NOT PERFORMED FOR RWY 25 DEP ON SID. HDG TRACK POS DEV. POTENTIAL CONFLICT WITH TFC OFF RWY 24.
Narrative: THE TKOF BRIEFING WAS ACCOMPLISHED ON N SIDE OF ARPT (LAX) BEFORE ASSIGNMENT OF RWY 25R FOR TKOF. DEPARTED RWY 25R ON LAXX 2 DEP. DID NOT BRIEF (UPDATE) NEW RWY ASSIGNMENT OR THE DIFFERENCE OF 220 DEG HDG (NOT 250 DEG HDG). FLEW 250 DEG HDG AND DID NOT TURN TO 220 DEGS UNTIL ASKED TO BY SOCAL DEP. A B737 WAS DEPARTING RWY 24R ON 250 DEG HDG AND WAS IN SIGHT. NEXT TIME, UPDATE DEP BRIEFING TO INCLUDE THE CORRECT RWY ASSIGNMENT.
