Narrative:

With autoplt engaged in a climb both flight deck members heard, acknowledged a climb clearance to FL230. The captain dialed FL230 in altitude window, both crew members pointed to and confirmed FL230. A frequency change was given and the first officer checked in with new controller giving altitude passing (FL225 approximately) for FL230. And that time ATC instructed us to descend to FL220 and turn right 40 degrees. TCASII issued a TA and then an RA to descend. Captain disengaged autoplt and commenced a descending r- hand turn.
