Narrative:
Normal VOR DME approach. Center cleared me for the approach, gave me permission to change to advisory frequency and cancel with them either in the air or on the ground on 134.0. Uneventful approach and landing. Unloaded plane, put it in hangar and went home. Failed to cancel flight plan. Touchdown at XA15. Received call at my home at XB00 asking me if I was the C210 that didn't cancel. He said he would cancel for me then.

Narrative: NORMAL VOR DME APCH. CTR CLRED ME FOR THE APCH, GAVE ME PERMISSION TO CHANGE TO ADVISORY FREQ AND CANCEL WITH THEM EITHER IN THE AIR OR ON THE GND ON 134.0. UNEVENTFUL APCH AND LNDG.
