Narrative:
After parking at hnl maintenance found a small door missing from left main landing gear door, also a 3 X 6 inch hole in left wing flap. Gear retraction and extension was normal except for a thump in the nose gear on extension. Maintenance entered this in the logbook.

Title: POST FLT INSPECTION OF DC10 IN HNL REVEALED A MISSING GEAR DOOR OF THE SMALLER TYPE. ACFT'S TRAILING EDGE FLAP DAMAGED WHEN DOOR CAME FREE.
Narrative: AFTER PARKING AT HNL MAINT FOUND A SMALL DOOR MISSING FROM L MAIN LNDG GEAR DOOR, ALSO A 3 X 6 INCH HOLE IN L WING FLAP. GEAR RETRACTION AND EXTENSION WAS NORMAL EXCEPT FOR A THUMP IN THE NOSE GEAR ON EXTENSION. MAINT ENTERED THIS IN THE LOGBOOK.
