Narrative:

On the above date, the mention student pilot after completing a landing, attempted a touch-and-go technique. During this attempt, the student pilot failed to apply sufficient right rudder to maintain the aircraft on the centerline. The aircraft turned left off the runway onto the grass midfield. The aircraft was controled to a full stop on a taxiway, after traveling through the grass. There was no damage to the aircraft or injuries to the student pilot.

Title: STUDENT PLT OF A C172 LOST CTL OF THE ACFT DURING TOUCH- AND-GO RESULTING IN GOING OFF THE SIDE OF THE RWY INTO THE GRASSY MIDFIELD AND ACROSS TXWY WHERE IT WAS BROUGHT TO A STOP.

Narrative: ON THE ABOVE DATE, THE MENTION STUDENT PLT AFTER COMPLETING A LNDG, ATTEMPTED A TOUCH-AND-GO TECHNIQUE. DURING THIS ATTEMPT, THE STUDENT PLT FAILED TO APPLY SUFFICIENT R RUDDER TO MAINTAIN THE ACFT ON THE CTRLINE. THE ACFT TURNED L OFF THE RWY ONTO THE GRASS MIDFIELD. THE ACFT WAS CTLED TO A FULL STOP ON A TXWY, AFTER TRAVELING THROUGH THE GRASS. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE ACFT OR INJURIES TO THE STUDENT PLT.
