Narrative:

Departure from fll, clearance given and departure did not agree. Transition given did not agree with route given and loaded into FMC. Problem: design of transition in the departure and pilot's overreliance on automated cockpit. Solutions: 1) greater attention on behalf of pilot. 2) when a clearance is given by ATC a verbal alert that it is different from that filed should be given.

Original NASA ASRS Text

Title: AN ACR B757 FLC WAS ISSUED A CLRNC THAT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE FILED RTE. THEY DID NOT NOTE THE DIFFERENCE AND THEY FLEW THE FILED RTE AS LOADED IN THE FMC. THE ARTCC RADAR CTLR CORRECTED THE FLC.

Narrative: DEP FROM FLL, CLRNC GIVEN AND DEP DID NOT AGREE. TRANSITION GIVEN DID NOT AGREE WITH RTE GIVEN AND LOADED INTO FMC. PROB: DESIGN OF TRANSITION IN THE DEP AND PLT'S OVERRELIANCE ON AUTOMATED COCKPIT. SOLUTIONS: 1) GREATER ATTN ON BEHALF OF PLT. 2) WHEN A CLRNC IS GIVEN BY ATC A VERBAL ALERT THAT IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT FILED SHOULD BE GIVEN.
