Narrative:
We were pushed back. Brakes were set, engines were started. I told ground crew they were clear to disconnect. We were starting to taxi when one of the ground crew ran from under nose of aircraft. Aircraft had taxied over tow bar and tow bar was between nose and tires. Nose tires were changed and nose gear was inspected. No damage was found.
