Narrative:
Flying border 4 departure (first officer) from san-iah. Crossing poggi VOR, departure controller advised that he showed us south of poggi VOR. Our altitude at this time was 10800 ft and both captain and first officer DME showed 3.3 mi from poggi, which would have put us a maximum of 1 mi south of poggi. A further left turn was made to satisfy control.
