Narrative:

After executing a missed approach to runway 5R due to a windshear alert we continued climbing through the published missed approach altitude of 2100 ft. This was to avoid the windshear event. Windshear terminated at 3500 ft and leveled at 4000 ft. Subsequently assigned 4000 ft. Interest of safety continued climb through published altitude until clear of windshear alert. Supplemental information from acn 357660: we initiated a missed approach. To missed approach altitude rdu tower gave us 2100 ft.
