Narrative:
While on climb out of a warm VFR day in florida, I believe fatigue and complacency took over. Inattn to an altitude leveloff at FL290. The deviation was discovered at FL293.5 and prompt corrective action was initiated. The momentum of the climb triggered ZMA's attention and notified us of a FL295 mode C readout. This incident occurred after a 4 day trip on the last leg. The trip was a rescheduled trip which incurred numerous deicing delays. Additionally this day was a 10 hour 46 min duty day following a minimum crew rest (9 hours) which was subsequent to a 20 hour awake period. No crew meal was scheduled for the day until delays were experienced and then not boarded until the last leg. Lack of food and fatigue contributed to the altitude deviation.

Title: ALTDEV ALT OVERSHOT IN CLB. NON ADHERENCE TO ATC CLRNC.
Narrative: WHILE ON CLBOUT OF A WARM VFR DAY IN FLORIDA, I BELIEVE FATIGUE AND COMPLACENCY TOOK OVER. INATTN TO AN ALT LEVELOFF AT FL290. THE DEV WAS DISCOVERED AT FL293.5 AND PROMPT CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS INITIATED. THE MOMENTUM OF THE CLB TRIGGERED ZMA'S ATTN AND NOTIFIED US OF A FL295 MODE C READOUT. THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED AFTER A 4 DAY TRIP ON THE LAST LEG. THE TRIP WAS A RESCHEDULED TRIP WHICH INCURRED NUMEROUS DEICING DELAYS. ADDITIONALLY THIS DAY WAS A 10 HR 46 MIN DUTY DAY FOLLOWING A MINIMUM CREW REST (9 HRS) WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENT TO A 20 HR AWAKE PERIOD. NO CREW MEAL WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE DAY UNTIL DELAYS WERE EXPERIENCED AND THEN NOT BOARDED UNTIL THE LAST LEG. LACK OF FOOD AND FATIGUE CONTRIBUTED TO THE ALTDEV.
