Narrative:

Aircraft was flown 3 flts in jan 97. Flts from phx-sat, sat- hou, and hou-bna. Unknown to the crew there was not a pbe unit in the cockpit. The container box was there but the pbe unit was missing.

Narrative: ACFT WAS FLOWN 3 FLTS IN JAN 97. FLTS FROM PHX-SAT, SAT- HOU, AND HOU-BNA. UNKNOWN TO THE CREW THERE WAS NOT A PBE UNIT IN THE COCKPIT. THE CONTAINER BOX WAS THERE BUT THE PBE UNIT WAS MISSING.
