Flying northwest of las, winds shifted directions causing aircraft to enter las airspace. Contacted approach by radio but approach was unclr and static. Landed as soon as practical.

Title: A HOT AIR BALLOON PLT HAD A WIND SHIFT THAT CARRIED HIM INTO THE LAS CLASS B AIRSPACE.
Narrative: FLYING NW OF LAS, WINDS SHIFTED DIRECTIONS CAUSING ACFT TO ENTER LAS AIRSPACE. CONTACTED APCH BY RADIO BUT APCH WAS UNCLR AND STATIC. LANDED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL.
