Narrative:
ASR is showing level 2-4 WX on radar and aircraft report no WX and clear skies. This is a recurring problem. It is very difficult to pass WX advisories/avoidance to pilots if you do not know if the data is accurate.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: CTLR RPTR CLAIMS THAT ARTS RADAR DISPLAYS WX ON THE SCOPE IN CLR WX CONDITIONS. RPTR ALSO STATES THAT IT IS DIFFICULT TO RELAY WX TO PLTS IF THE DATA IN INACCURATE.
