Narrative:
Upon departure when airflows were open to pressurize J-31, smoke began to fill cockpit and cabin. Turned airflows off and depressuirzed cabin. Ran emergency smoke in cabin/flight deck checklist. This action helped to clear out some of the smoke. Had to fly for additional 30 mins to burn off gas to prevent overweight landing. Landed without incident. Tower had declared an emergency for us.
