Narrative:
Canned flight plan reflect psp direct pmd. Clearance was SID plus V386 (329 degrees). On climb out intercepted V-137 (287 degree radial) proceeded out to 6 DME when departure control caught mistake and advised us to right to intercept V386. Will advise company to include V386 in canned clearance and I'll pay closer attention to clearance delivery instructions. Big mistake on my part.
