Takeoff atl, wbound (290 degrees). Told to turn left to 270 degrees. Turned right instead near departing traffic from north complex. Long red eye exhaustive flight. Very tired. Finally realized situation and corrected heading back to 220 degrees. No ATC comments.

Narrative: TKOF ATL, WBOUND (290 DEGS). TOLD TO TURN L TO 270 DEGS. TURNED R INSTEAD NEAR DEPARTING TFC FROM N COMPLEX. LONG RED EYE EXHAUSTIVE FLT. VERY TIRED. FINALLY REALIZED SIT AND CORRECTED HDG BACK TO 220 DEGS. NO ATC COMMENTS.
