Narrative:
Dfw ramp. At the completion of powerback the aircraft did not stop as I expected and I realized I was rolling close to the baggage cart lot across from gate. I increased power well above idle and doing so overturned 3 carts. I would like to see guidemen walk out with aircraft during powerback.
