Narrative:

While descending to FL330, we encountered a jolt of moderate turbulence. We were advised by the center that they showed us 300 ft off altitude. We were in turbulence and responded we showed 20 ft off FL330. A few mins later we were advised a flight attendant had injured her leg in the turbulence. We declared an emergency and landed at sfo. Supplemental information from acn 361386: we were then notified by the 'a' flight attendant that one of the aft flight attendants had fallen and broken her ankle.
