Narrative:
On the flight into aspen I discussed 135.267 with the PIC. He knew our limitations. He accepted another (new) flight while at aspen putting the crew in jeopardy. We violated this regulation. I resigned upon safely reaching our destination.

Title: FO IN AN ATX OP RESIGNS AFTER RETURNING TO HOME BASE. PIC HAD ACCEPTED A NEW FLT SCHEDULE THAT PLACED THE CREW IN VIOLATION OF THE FARS.
Narrative: ON THE FLT INTO ASPEN I DISCUSSED 135.267 WITH THE PIC. HE KNEW OUR LIMITATIONS. HE ACCEPTED ANOTHER (NEW) FLT WHILE AT ASPEN PUTTING THE CREW IN JEOPARDY. WE VIOLATED THIS REG. I RESIGNED UPON SAFELY REACHING OUR DEST.
