Narrative:
Had a TCASII RA during arrival at fll. We were in and out of clouds at 4000 ft MSL on a 270 degree assigned heading. Mia approach gave us a VFR TA for a twin beech at 4500 ft. Did not have a visual on traffic until after receiving TCASII RA to descend. We descended to 3600 ft and returned to 4000 ft when clear of traffic and clear of conflict transmission on TCASII.
