Narrative:
A C414 was on left base to runway 11. Without coordination from approach, aircraft B, a MU2 (IFR), called 6 mi northwest on base turning final. I instructed pilot to follow aircraft a. He indicated he was instructed by approach to follow the brasilia inbound from the south. Aircraft a had to be sent around for insufficient runway separation. Not in accordance with LOA between den and gjt.
