Narrative:

Nxxxxx took runway 9, with an announcement on 122.8 frequency, 'departing runway 9 will be departing area wbound.' runway heading was maintained to 800 ft before left turn made to a 360 degree heading. No announcements on 122.8 were heard by myself or one adult passenger on board. As a left turn to 270 degrees was being made a single engine cessna was observed and a quick left turn was made as the cessna appeared to make a sudden turn in the opposite direction. Chs departure was contacted following the incident and flight following requested with handoffs to csg.

Narrative: NXXXXX TOOK RWY 9, WITH AN ANNOUNCEMENT ON 122.8 FREQ, 'DEPARTING RWY 9 WILL BE DEPARTING AREA WBOUND.' RWY HEADING WAS MAINTAINED TO 800 FT BEFORE L TURN MADE TO A 360 DEG HDG. AS A L TURN TO 270 DEGS WAS BEING MADE A SINGLE ENG CESSNA WAS OBSERVED AND A QUICK L TURN WAS MADE AS THE CESSNA APPEARED TO MAKE A SUDDEN TURN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. CHS DEP WAS CONTACTED FOLLOWING THE INCIDENT AND FLT FOLLOWING REQUESTED WITH HDOFS TO CSG.
