Narrative:
Flew ILS to minimums, got to decision ht, was going to go missed, but then I saw runway environment. Landed and put on brakes -- blew tire. Exited off at last taxiway and pulled past hold short line and stopped. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that 7 days after the incident he reported the FAA checked the aircraft and found it to be unairworthy. There are no specifics that reporter knows of to prompt this kind of statement but a series of things have happened with the fairly new company and he believes the FAA is trying hard to find something wrong. There have been prior serious incidents with this company.
