Narrative:
Simulate power loss and emergency landing. Student cross controled aircraft. Gusty winds. Stall recovery. Ended recovery. Front strut hit top strand of fence. Late decision on part of instructor being low and slow. Continued to home airport and inspected plane with a&P. Only damage was lost paint and minor fabric punctures.

Title: PA22 PACER ACFT ON TRAINING FLT, INSTRUCTOR GAVE SIMULATED ENG FAILURE AT 400 FT, STUDENT LOST CTL OF ACFT, INSTRUCTOR REGAINED CTL JUST PRIOR TO THE GND, HIT A FENCE BORDERING THE ARPT WITH MINOR DAMAGE TO STRUT.
Narrative: SIMULATE PWR LOSS AND EMER LNDG. STUDENT CROSS CTLED ACFT. GUSTY WINDS. STALL RECOVERY. ENDED RECOVERY. FRONT STRUT HIT TOP STRAND OF FENCE. LATE DECISION ON PART OF INSTRUCTOR BEING LOW AND SLOW. CONTINUED TO HOME ARPT AND INSPECTED PLANE WITH A&P. ONLY DAMAGE WAS LOST PAINT AND MINOR FABRIC PUNCTURES.
