Narrative:
En route from tul to stl on the trake 7 arrival, we were given instructions from ZKC to hold at trake as depicted with 20 NM legs. After various altitude stepdowns we were cleared to 15000 ft prior to trake. I was leveling at 15000 ft and starting a right turn over trake when we received an RA on the TCASII to climb. As I started to respond the ATC controller advised us to turn immediately to a 180 degree heading and climb to 16000 ft. At the same time an air carrier pilot advised he was responding to an RA, and the controller instructed him to make an immediate turn. We had the WX radar operating at the time of the RA. As I started climbing the TCASII display showed the air carrier aircraft at -100 ft.

Title: MLG ACFT ENTERING HOLDING RECEIVED TCASII RA AT THE SAME TIME ATC CTLR INSTRUCTED FLC TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE TURN AND CLB. ANOTHER ACR ALSO WAS RESPONDING TO AN RA AND ALSO INSTRUCTED BY ATC TO TURN IMMEDIATELY. NMAC.
