Narrative:
Level FL350 and had a clearance to cross 25 mi south ard at 11000 ft and 250 KTS. We had just received ATIS for teb and were talking about the WX conditions and runway conditions as they had freezing rain and ice pellets. While talking about the WX we were a little late starting down. With the strong tailwind and the requirement to use wing and engine anti-ice, we never could get back on profile. We advised ATC that we would be tight on the crossing restr, and she stated she knew that. We missed the crossing restr by approximately 3 NM. If the controller knew we were high on the descent, it would have been nice to have a reminder from her about the crossing restr. She did not have a lot of traffic on the frequency. I feel this should be a team effort (CRM) from cockpit down to the ground. Supplemental information from acn 363628: we were never given any reminders nor given a possible off route vector which we would have gladly accepted.

Title: CPR BEECH JET STARTED DSCNT LATE AND DUE TO WINDS AND ANTI-ICE REQUIREMENTS THEY WERE HIGH AT THE XING RESTR. CTLR WAS ADVISED BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY OFF COURSE VECTORS TO ASSIST. FLC SEEMED UPSET ABOUT THAT POINT.
