Narrative:
While giving a position relief briefing to another fpl, at the end of the briefing all power to the ATCT and TRACON was lost for approximately 1 min , all radar scopes went blank, and all radios (except for an emergency battery pwred radio) were OTS. No separation was lost on any aircraft.

Title: RPTR SIT OF ALL PWR TO THE ATCT AND TRACON BEING LOST FOR APPROX 1 MIN AFFECTING THE RADAR DISPLAYS AND RADIO EXCEPT BATTERY PWRED.
Narrative: WHILE GIVING A POS RELIEF BRIEFING TO ANOTHER FPL, AT THE END OF THE BRIEFING ALL PWR TO THE ATCT AND TRACON WAS LOST FOR APPROX 1 MIN , ALL RADAR SCOPES WENT BLANK, AND ALL RADIOS (EXCEPT FOR AN EMER BATTERY PWRED RADIO) WERE OTS. NO SEPARATION WAS LOST ON ANY ACFT.
