Narrative:
While level at 7000 ft received a TCASII TA at 500 ft below me. Center called said traffic. Next received TCASII RA 'climb' due to 6500 ft traffic climbing. Immediately advised ZMA of RA climb. At 7700 ft TCASII announced 'monitor vertical speed,' to which I leveled at 7700 ft. Also at this time I noticed opposite direction traffic at 8000 ft at approximately 10 O'clock position, 4 mi. Traffic passed from 10-8 O'clock position during this time. I received a 'clear of conflict' and I descended back to assigned altitude of 7000 ft. ATC was also notified of the descent to assigned altitude.
