Narrative:

Clearance was 40 mi south of flo at FL240. First officer busy getting ATIS. I looked at wrong DME indicator, crossed 40 DME south of flo at FL255. Crossed 25 DME south of flo at FL240. No traffic conflicts and ATC said nothing.
