Narrative:
The B737 was on the creso STAR, called at whigg intersection at 12000 ft. Per SOP, I told the B737 to descend and maintain 10000 ft. The pilot called and said that he had passed a glider, level altitude off his right. The altitude was 10400 ft MSL. While I had not noticed the glider's target before the incident, I was able to see the target behind the B737. Thereafter, I saw a primary target in the area, intermittently.

Title: RPT OF A GLIDER OP BY ACR B737 INBOUND TO LAS AT 10400 FT. RPTR HAD NOT SEEN THE PRIMARY TARGET UNTIL AFTER THE ACR PASSED IT.
Narrative: THE B737 WAS ON THE CRESO STAR, CALLED AT WHIGG INTXN AT 12000 FT. PER SOP, I TOLD THE B737 TO DSND AND MAINTAIN 10000 FT. THE PLT CALLED AND SAID THAT HE HAD PASSED A GLIDER, LEVEL ALT OFF HIS R. THE ALT WAS 10400 FT MSL. WHILE I HAD NOT NOTICED THE GLIDER'S TARGET BEFORE THE INCIDENT, I WAS ABLE TO SEE THE TARGET BEHIND THE B737. THEREAFTER, I SAW A PRIMARY TARGET IN THE AREA, INTERMITTENTLY.
