Narrative:
Ferrying aircraft for avionics repair, checked in with sfe tower on a wide left base for landing clearance, turned on landing light and experienced total electrical failure. Circled 3 times and looked for light signals from sfe tower. No signals. Checked for conflicting traffic -- none. Proceeded to final approach and landed without incident. Electrical power restored on the ground. Checked in with tower, informed them of the situation and taxied to FBO with no further problems.
