Narrative:
At 1500 ft in the air, we got stall warning. To insure safety, flew fast as flaps were retracted (290 KTS). Turned out to be bad system. Aircraft had done this before. We were at maximum takeoff gross weight. Stick shaker stopped per checklist. Rest of flight normal.

Title: WDB CLBING AT 1500 FT INCREASED ACFT SPD TO 290 KTS BECAUSE OF A STALL WARNING. THE WARNING APPARENTLY WAS FALSE.
Narrative: AT 1500 FT IN THE AIR, WE GOT STALL WARNING. TO INSURE SAFETY, FLEW FAST AS FLAPS WERE RETRACTED (290 KTS). TURNED OUT TO BE BAD SYS. ACFT HAD DONE THIS BEFORE. WE WERE AT MAX TKOF GROSS WT. STICK SHAKER STOPPED PER CHKLIST. REST OF FLT NORMAL.
