Narrative:
Departing sfo we had a slight delay in receiving weight manifest check, but received final weights and departed for hnl. The following day an sfo flight manager called and asked what happened on our departure. I advised all normal. He said we had departed over maximum gross weight. I checked with my other crew members and we all agreed that the final weights received were well under maximum weight. After we received final weight on ACARS no other messages were received.
