Narrative:
At 7000 ft ord approach said slow to 250 KTS. I looked up and we were doing 300 KTS. I have 2300 hours in the FK100 and I pay attention to the details. Lesson learned if it can happen to me it can happen to anyone. I will just be more diligent.

Narrative: AT 7000 FT ORD APCH SAID SLOW TO 250 KTS. I LOOKED UP AND WE WERE DOING 300 KTS. I HAVE 2300 HRS IN THE FK100 AND I PAY ATTN TO THE DETAILS. LESSON LEARNED IF IT CAN HAPPEN TO ME IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE. I WILL JUST BE MORE DILIGENT.
