Narrative:

An a&P mechanic tested positive for marijuana. Although he was suspended and retested before returning to work (with follow-up testing), the FAA drug abatement division alleges that: 1) the follow-up testing was done per a schedule and frequency established by the medical review officer. 2) employee returned to work without being evaluated by the medical review officer with an appropriate recommendation. Appropriate corrective action has been taken and implemented.

Title: A MECH EMPLOYED BY AN ACR WITH DC9 EQUIP WAS RETURNED TO DUTY WITHOUT A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ACR MEDICAL REVIEW OFFICER.

Narrative: AN A&P MECH TESTED POSITIVE FOR MARIJUANA.
