Narrative:
Using the rim canal of lake okeechobee for seaplane training, reporter student receiving dual for single engine sea rating. Instructor working radios and announcing position and intentions regularly on unicom 122.8. A lear jet did not participate in self announce procedures and flew an approach to phk runway 35 overflying our flight closely. We asked if he saw us and he said no. It was a crew practicing lndgs in the lear. Suspect no one looking outside.

Narrative: USING THE RIM CANAL OF LAKE OKEECHOBEE FOR SEAPLANE TRAINING, RPTR STUDENT RECEIVING DUAL FOR SINGLE ENG SEA RATING. INSTRUCTOR WORKING RADIOS AND ANNOUNCING POS AND INTENTIONS REGULARLY ON UNICOM 122.8. A LEAR JET DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN SELF ANNOUNCE PROCS AND FLEW AN APCH TO PHK RWY 35 OVERFLYING OUR FLT CLOSELY. WE ASKED IF HE SAW US AND HE SAID NO. IT WAS A CREW PRACTICING LNDGS IN THE LEAR. SUSPECT NO ONE LOOKING OUTSIDE.
